Led by Dr. Mrudula Pawar, whose PhD is in obstructive sleep apnea rehabilitation. Very few physiotherapy centres in Bangalore treat OSA at all.
Our sleep rehabilitation program addresses obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition marked by loud snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, and poor sleep quality that affects daily functioning and long-term health. Working alongside patients' sleep physicians, we provide myofunctional therapy to strengthen tongue and throat muscles, postural training, and breathing exercises to improve respiratory efficiency, along with correction of contributing factors like poor posture and neck tension. We also incorporate structured exercise training, which helps improve cardiovascular fitness, supports weight management, and has been shown to reduce apnea severity. Combined with sleep hygiene and lifestyle guidance, this comprehensive approach helps reduce snoring, improve daytime alertness, and enhance overall sleep quality and health.

Our sports injury rehabilitation program is designed to help athletes and active individuals recover from injuries such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendonitis, stress fractures, and joint instability. Using a combination of manual therapy, targeted strengthening exercises, and sport-specific movement retraining, we focus on restoring strength, flexibility, and function while minimizing the risk of re-injury. Each program is tailored to the demands of the patient's specific sport or activity, with a structured, phased approach to safely progress from injury recovery to full return-to-play. Alongside physical treatment, we emphasize injury prevention strategies, proper biomechanics, and conditioning techniques to help athletes perform at their best and stay injury-free long-term.
Everyday movement — bending, lifting, walking, climbing stairs — depends on healthy bones and joints working in harmony. Our orthopedic physiotherapy program helps patients manage conditions like arthritis, chronic back and neck pain, joint stiffness, and degenerative wear-and-tear that often develop with age, injury, or repetitive strain. Through hands-on manual therapy, joint mobilization, and posture-focused rehabilitation, we work to ease pain, improve joint mechanics, and rebuild the strength needed for life's everyday movements. Our goal isn't just short-term relief — it's helping patients move independently and comfortably for years to come.
The brain and nervous system have a remarkable ability to adapt and rewire — and our neuro rehabilitation program is built to harness that potential. We work with patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions that affect movement, coordination, and balance. Through targeted neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance exercises, and functional retraining, we help patients relearn movement patterns, regain independence, and improve quality of life. Every program is built around the patient's specific neurological deficits and personal goals, with progress measured not just in strength or mobility, but in the ability to return to meaningful daily activities — walking, dressing, or simply moving through the world with greater confidence and control.
Our post-operative rehabilitation program specializes in helping patients recover from major orthopedic surgeries, including total knee replacement, hip replacement, and shoulder surgeries such as rotator cuff repair and shoulder replacement. We focus on reducing post-surgical swelling and pain, restoring joint range of motion, and progressively rebuilding strength and stability around the operated joint. Each program is carefully phased in coordination with the surgical team, guiding patients from early protected movement through advanced strengthening and functional training — helping them regain the ability to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, or return to daily activities with confidence and minimal risk of complications.
Cancer and its treatments — surgery, chemotherapy, radiation — can take a significant toll on strength, mobility, and daily function, and our cancer rehabilitation program is designed to help patients recover and rebuild through every stage of their journey. We support patients dealing with treatment-related fatigue, muscle weakness, joint stiffness, and reduced physical endurance, using individualized exercise programs, manual therapy, and functional training tailored to each patient's energy levels and medical status. For patients affected by lymphedema, often following lymph node removal or radiation therapy, we provide specialized management including manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy guidance, and targeted exercises to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and prevent complications. Our approach evolves alongside the patient's treatment plan — from gentle, restorative movement during active treatment to progressive strengthening and conditioning during recovery — helping patients manage side effects, maintain independence, and improve overall quality of life. Working closely with oncology teams, we ensure every exercise and intervention is safe, appropriately timed, and aligned with each patient's broader treatment goals.
Getting up from your favorite chair, taking a walk in the garden, or simply feeling steady on your feet — these small moments matter, and our geriatric mobility program is here to help you keep enjoying them. As we age, it's natural for strength, balance, and flexibility to change, especially with conditions like arthritis or osteoporosis, or after a fall or injury. That's why we take a gentle, personalized approach — working at your own pace with exercises designed to build strength, improve balance, and reduce the risk of falls. Our goal is simple: to help you move through your day with confidence, independence, and a little more spring in your step, whether that means playing with your grandchildren, running errands on your own, or just feeling safe and steady at home.
Children have unique physical, developmental, and emotional needs, and our pediatric rehabilitation program is designed with this in mind. We work with children facing a range of conditions, including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, muscular disorders, post-surgical recovery, and orthopedic injuries, using child-friendly, play-based therapy techniques that make sessions engaging rather than intimidating. Our approach focuses on improving motor skills, coordination, strength, and balance, while supporting each child's growth and independence at every stage. We work closely with parents and caregivers throughout the process, ensuring therapy goals align with the child's daily life, school activities, and long-term development.
Our cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to help patients safely regain strength and confidence after a heart attack, cardiac surgery, or diagnosis of a heart condition. Through a carefully supervised combination of monitored exercise, education, and lifestyle guidance, we help patients improve cardiovascular endurance, manage risk factors, and reduce the likelihood of future cardiac events. Each program is tailored to the individual's medical history and recovery stage, with close monitoring of heart rate, blood pressure, and overall response to activity throughout every session. For patients recovering from procedures such as bypass surgery, valve replacement, angioplasty, or pacemaker implantation, we offer specialized post-surgical rehabilitation.
Our pulmonary rehabilitation program supports patients living with chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, and those recovering from lung surgery or severe respiratory infections. Through a combination of supervised breathing exercises, graded physical conditioning, and airway clearance techniques, we help patients improve lung capacity, reduce breathlessness, and build the stamina needed for everyday activities. Each program is customized based on the patient's respiratory function, medical history, and personal goals, with continuous monitoring of oxygen saturation and breathing patterns throughout every session.
Our women's health physiotherapy program addresses the unique physical needs women experience throughout different life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopause-related physical changes. We provide specialized care for conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, prolapse, and pre- and post-natal musculoskeletal issues, using a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercises, and pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques. Each treatment plan is created in a comfortable, private setting with sensitivity to each patient's individual concerns and goals. By combining clinical expertise with compassionate, personalized care, we help women regain strength, confidence, and function at every stage of life.
We are proud to feature advanced equipments like Aeroleap at our centre for cutting-edge exercise training with new level of precision to rehabilitation. Designed to challenge and enhance movement control, dynamic strength and neuromuscular coordination to create targeted, engaging exercise programs for patients recovering from injury. By integrating these technologies into our sessions, we move beyond traditional exercises, giving patients dynamic feedback for accelerated recovery and functional strength.

A word of appreciation is certainly due to Mrudula for the dedication and commitment she showed to treat my mother post bi lateral TKR. I felt extremely secure in her professional knowledge and she was definitely god sent (my mom says). Now when I see my mother walk lengths and take stairs I feel grateful to have had you as our consultant physiotherapist. "God bless you" and you achieve great heights.
Tejas is a very effective, cheerful and positive therapist. I have seen him go above and beyond his duties to encourage and enable my father overcome his difficulties. His focuses on gradual progression, with the patient being able to achieve more every day. He brings warmth and compassion along with endless patience. Our family is very thankful for his efforts.
Dr Tejas is an extremely calm and composed physiotherapist, his receptive behaviour towards patients and friendly nature makes him a great person. His techniques are modern and very effective. I wish him all the best for his great work.
My husband, suffered a stroke in Nov'19, which left him paralysed on his right side with speech deficiency. Since then He is being treated by the dedicated and committed medical staff, His Phyisiotherapist Ms. Mrudula Pawar, has been attending him for past 4 months. She is committed and organised in her approach to make my husband do exercises. Her soft nature allows a great bonding and I have seen positive improvement in my husband. I underwent knee replacement surgery and had to do physiotherapy. I was so scared as I had a lot of surgical pain and connected issues. The day I was discharged and came home the physiotherapist was sent by the hospital! With a lot of misgiving I looked at Mrudula Pawar. But the way she handles a patient inducing a lot of confidence brings in a lot of positive vibes! She is very patient and positive. Quietly persuasive and despite my pleading made me do the exercises without being curt or rude! Actually after overcoming my initial fear and discomfort I started looking forward to doing the exercises with her and very soon I was on my feet! Thanks to Mrudula! I wish her all the best in her career and future endeavors!
I'm very impressed with the way Tejas handled my L5-S1 lower disc bulge problem, and how he personalized the exercise program for me. He spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected. He gave me a set of 13 stretches, all impacting different body parts. He gave me specific insights on which area I should feel the impact while doing a particular stretch and how the breath needs to be managed. My pain subsided and I was able to walk and regain my strength. I never imagined my recovery to be that fast - and much of the credit goes here to Tejas for guiding me through this. Deeply appreciate his skill and thankful to him.
I can't thank Dr.Tejas enough for his efforts in helping my father who was suffering from encephalitis. Dr.Tejas is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist who is passionate about helping his patients. He is very friendly with the patient and also goal driven at the same time. That's what makes him special! The whole journey has been a positive experience for us and highly recommend Dr.Tejas if you are looking for a passionate physiotherapist.

The therapy was highly effective, and I've recovered well since then. He did an excellent job identifying the pain and its trigger points, which made a real difference in my progress. Thank you for your expertise and care — I'll definitely recommend you to others!
Consulted Dr. Tejas and Dr. Mrudula for postpartum back pain, which had made even getting out of bed quite difficult. Dr. Mrudula carried out a detailed assessment of both my lower and upper back before starting treatment, which helped identify all the affected areas.
I fractured my wrist and was struggling to regain my movements and strength post surgery but Dr Tejas Lathiya took intensive care and helped me to recover quickly. He is very friendly, supportive & having good skills in treating patients. I strongly recommend.
I was suffering from back pain for a long time and had consulted multiple physiotherapist before. Most of them only focused on pain management. Dr Tejas and his wife tried to understand the root cause of the problem. They released trigger points and gave me custom exercises for long term improvement.
Very professional doctors. They took time with my diagnosis and patiently explained it to me and cleared all my questions. The treatment was mostly exercises to help me strengthen my joints and mobility to ensure that the pain relief was not temporary. Highly recommended.
I had a ligament injury which required physiotherapy. I did it under Dr. Tejas Lathiya and within a little span of time I am doing pretty good. He did my training with utmost care and dedication.
